Antique Isidore Bonheur French bronze monkey and cat
Bonheur French bronze of a seated monkey and cat by a kettle near a fire. Signed I. Bonheur (Isidore Jules Bonheur, France 1827-1901). Bonheur was a late 19th century sculptor and was especially known for his work depicting animals. This is a wonderful high quality piece in excellent original condition and patina. 6.5" L x 3.5"L x 3.5"W. Provenance: From the estate of John Whiteford, Wassaic NY.
