This is an unique china piece. A Victorian fire place spill or holder and tobacco holder
One side would have held the long matches and the other side the gentleman's
pipe wold be stored in it. On the back the tobacco would have been stored
This one has an image of a young Victorian dressed man holding a violin standing on stair steps. On the piano bench is his music open book.
Measuring 8 inches high and 6 inches long. The bottom has the number 7808.
Noted Conditions: On the back edge there is a chip that has been filled in but not painted or glazed over. The rest in good condition
