1874 White Milk Glass Pickle Boat with Fork
The bottom of this milk glass pickle dish reads Patented Feb. 17th. 1874
Measuring 9 1/2 inches long, 4 1/2 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches high.
Each side has an indentation where the pickle fork would lay, like ores on a boat.
The pickle fork measures 5 1/2 inches long. I am not sure if the fork is original to the dish.
The dish has a small chip on the underside edge, the rest in good condition.
Nice unusual milk glass from the Victorian era.
Under the bow it reads Pickle, Unusual milk glass collectible.Unknown manufacturer.
