Dated 1907 Glass and Black Bakelite Top Ink Well

The black bakelite top reads Patent Appl Apr21-03, Aug23-04, Jan15-07.

Sengbusch Self Closing Ink Stand Co,. Milwaukee Wis. The glass ink stand or ink well measures 2 3/4 inches high and 2 1/4 inches wide at the bottom. No chips around the edge but on the bottom a soft chip that may have been from the cut off process on the glass. The black bakelite top fit in nice and snug. Nice for the collector of ink wells.
