18K 750 Gold Red Spinel Stylized Floral Brooch
This striking brooch has wonderful lines in the three dimensional curving leaves with contrasting textured and smooth surfaces, flowing tendrils, and a single stylized flower blossom in yellow gold, accented with five sparkling red spinel gemstones (spinel-rubies/balas rubies). It is marked 750 297AL on the back indicating its European origin and 18 karat gold content. Weighing 6.7 grams and measuring approximately 1 3/8" by 1 3/8", this exceptionally elegant vintage brooch is in excellent condition.
