1950s Austria Germany Peter Figuren Character Doll Old Woman Velvet Type Face

This is a Vintage 1950's Austria or Germany Folkloric Peter Figuren Character Doll of an Old Woman. She is 11" tall including her hat and has a Velvet Type Face with hand painted features. She has a wire armature frame with a spongy foam?? body and she is appropriately clean and fresh smelling. Her chin is not soiled. There are two dimples to each side of her chin creating a shadow effect for the camera. Since her feet are rather large, she is able to stand on her own. The right hand is tightly wrapped around a walking stick and the left hand has a piece of splint in it. The hair is mohair and she wears a green felt hat with red hat band with the remains of a white feather in the back. Her red print dress and blue dot apron are cotton. Because of her facial characteristics and large nose, she does not depict a human form but perhaps a folkloric or mythological character. Perhaps you know.
