Rare Antique English Silver Plated Salver / Tray - Astrological Zodiac Wheel c.1890

The salver or tray measures 16" in diameter and stands on three elegant legs with a ball and claw foot. The underside has a full mark for the silversmith, but I am unable to identify it: P O & S (EPNS - Electro-Plated Nickel Silver) and a fruit filled Cornucopia.

The hand engraved motifs include traditional ones such as the Ram, The Scorpion, the Crab and other motifs appear to be gods or mythical figures, for example one holding scales for Libra.

A most unusual and highly decorative platter beautifully executed, in superb condition.
