Antique English Brass Nautical Inkwell c.1890

A wonderful Victorian figural inkwell, with a clear nautical feel. Made from solid cast brass, the inkwell is constructed with a pair or Oars, a cargo crate, a ship's wheel and an large anchor ... all intertwined with brass ship's rope.

The hinged lid opens to reveal the ink chamber where ink would be stored.

Excellent condition, measuring 7 1/2" at longest x 4 1/4" at widest x 3" tall.
