English or French Blackamoor Bronze of Boy with Parrot c.1880

A stunning and absolute charming figural bronze of a seated black boy with a palm fan and a parrot or cockatoo resting in his other hand. The boy sits against a fence made from logs.

Dating to the late nineteenth century, and of English or French origin, this highly collectible bronze remains in excellent condition.

Measures 3 1/2" wide x 2 1/2" tall.
