This is a 32 1/4" by 28 1/2" poster from California's "The Upstairs Gallery", showing one of Max Papart's colorful, cubist-inspired images, but as a bonus, there's an ORIGINAL FELT TIP PEN DRAWING by the artist filling the lower right corner, AND I am including a withdrawn library copy of the 1984 first English true monograph on the artist, by Roger Green. This monograph includes an original lithograph created just for the book. The original felt tip drawing shows a woman's head, the hand pointing to a Picasso-like image of a bird and the sun. The drawing is inscribed "To Elizabeth Gene avec amitie/Max Papart/Los Angeles/X-XXIII-LXXXI" (October 23, 1981). The poster and drawing are in excellent condition with vibrant color and no foxing. **Allow for reflections in the plexi (notably a bannister, at upper right portion).** See the net for much more information on the artist and his work. Shipping wizard figures are guesstimates. MANY MORE WORKS OF ART IN MY RUBY LANE SHOP.
