California art original 1974 signed pencil drawing of the Pavilion and ferry in Newport Beach California
Pencil on paper original drawing, not a print, showing the famous Balboa Peninsula pavilion building and the ferry, " by " (" by " as framed), signed at lower right by California artist Carl van der Linden, and dated there 1974. I have been unable to locate information on the artist. The sight is a familiar one to Orange County visitors and residents, and many retain happy memories of times spent in the vicinity, enjoying the water, ocean air, boating, bars and restaurants. The drawing is in excellent condition. The photos are taken through the old non-glare glass, which should be discarded; and the white inexpensive old plastic laminated frame is dated and also worthy of being discarded.
