EMILIO GRAU-SALA (1911-1975) pencil signed and numbered color lithograph by major Spanish artist

Lithograph on paper, the sheet 19 1/4" by 25 3/4", signed in pencil at lower right and numbered 156/275 at lower left, by important 20th century Spanish artist EMILIO GRAU-SALA (1911-1975). This is an example of the accomplished lithography of this major European artist, the paintings of whom command well into five figures at auctions in Europe and the USA. The subject is a young red-haired girl holding her Japanese kimono-clad doll, at a table covered by a complex decorative cloth, the table laden with a plate with fruits, and a vase with flowers. The picture space is highly manipulated with considerable skill by the artist. The print's CONDITION: Clean and fresh, taped to the backing at top on reverse. A new mat will be needed as the present one is old and soiled. See the net for much more on this popular artist. Shipping wizard figures are guesstimates. SEE HUNDREDS OF OTHER WORKS NOW IN MY SHOP.
