Original "EXTRA" newspapers, the Memphis Press-Scimitar and The Commercial Appeal, dating to August 17, 1977, the day after the world stopped, when news of Elvis Presley's death was announced. These yellowing newspapers describe the circumstances of his death and the period immediately before and after it, as well as recaps of Elvis' storied life. The papers are in good condition considering they are 35 years old, with just the yellowing and a few inconsequential edge tears. The newspapers bring back the shock the world expressed when it was announced that Elvis was indeed gone. Shipping wizard figures are guesstimates.
