Acrylic on paper laid on foamboard painting, the subject the old buildings of Paris, near the steep famous steps of Montmartre, signed at lower right "NAMAN" or similar. The work measures 26 1/2" by 18". It could date to circa the 1980's I think. Someone perhaps the artist himself or herself laid it on a foamboard. Now it needs only a frame to grace the walls of a Francophile or Paris fan. The condition is excellent save for a few minor edge bumps. The embossed blindstamp of the paper manufacturer appears at lower left corner. All in all this impressionist work should please anyone who wants a bit of Paris in their home. There are a lot of fans of the City of Light----I find scenes of Paris to be among my most popular items. .
