JUSTIN TSO (1948-) traditional gouache painting by well known Navajo painter

This is a fine piece of ORIGINAL work (guaranteed NOT to be a silkscreen or other reproduction as is so commonly encountered) in gouache on art board by the noted native American Navajo traditional artist JUSTIN TSO, measuring 18 1/2" by 16 1/2" inside the mat (26" by 21" as framed). The subject is truly southwestern..............angry bald eagles appearing to attack a family of deer, a fawn at lower left, in a sparse landscape. Tso is considered to be a painter in the style of Harrison Begay, Beatien Yazz and other well known artists of the Southwest. He usually painted in gouache like this and subject matter is normally traditional, telling ancient tales of the Navajo people. See the net for much more on the artist and his works. Shipping wizard figures are guesstimates. Allow for reflections in a number of the photos. Condition is excellent. with no foxing nor water stains.
