Decorative painting of ducks flying over a marsh
Oil on rectangular canvas overlain by an oval frame, 6 1/2" by 9 1/4", (10 3/4" by 12 3/4" as framed), apparently signed by amateur artist "Jennifer" at bottom center below the frame line, circa 1970's or 1980's, the subject ducks flying above a marsh. On the stretcher is written "Canvas Backs". The artist certainly had some talent. If you are a duck hunter or charter member of Ducks Unlimited, you must own this work...........or some of the other duck-related original art currently in my shop! (Simply type the search word "duck" into my internal search box at left). Condition is excellent save for a cigarette smoke layer which has browned this scene (as compared to the clean, protected area below the frame edge). Shipping wizard figures are guesstimates.
