These plates were made for Gettysburg College here in Pennsylvania to mark their centennial in 1932. In addition to its own academic history, the school's location meant that he also played a strategic role during the Battle of Gettysburg, when it was held at different times by both sides.
The plates are 10.25" in diameter,
Condition: crazed, otherwise fine.
Mark: printed and impressed Wedgwood marks, along with captions.
We have a total of three plates: Old Dorm, Weidenhall YMCA, and Gladfelter Hall. Please specify which plate or plates you'd like when ordering.
