An extremely fine pair of lidded white porcelain jars by the Royal Copenhagen works of Denmark. They're in the form of conch shell. This design was originally produced in the late 18th or early 19th century by Copenhagn, but this pair is more recent.
They're in pure white, flawless and undecorated porcelain.
Size: 5.75" tall, 4.25" in diameter at the widest.
Condition: as new, no wear or damage.
Mark: blue wave marks to bottom and edge of lid. Shape number 14174. Marks on lid (lines over the "R and Y in "Royal) date them to 1992-1999. Interestingly, the bottoms have the smaller crown mark, which was originally used by Copenhagen in the 19th century.
