A fine, large creamware (Queens Ware) open master salt by Wedgewood. It's an Edwardian piece, like many Wedgwood items, based on Georgian silver forms, in this case, a oval bowl with a crescent rim on a stepped, diamond base.
It's 4.25" long by 2.5" wide by 2.5" tall.
Condition: crazed, no other wear or damage.
Mark: printed Wedgwood Etruria England mark. Impressed Wedgwood marks including a lightly-impressed date code reading 3BT or 3RT, which gives a date of 1917.
