A fine and large enamelware pitcher by Dansk Designs. Part of their Kobenstyle line, this is the larger of two pitchers offered as part of the line. Made in France, it dates to the early or mid-1960s.
The form is a great mid-century modern design by Jens H Quistgaard, with a cylinder-form body and slim handle, which is bifurcated (split into two) at the top. The exterior is red, the interior white.
The pitcher is 8.75" tall, 5.5" from handle to spout and 3.75" in diameter at the base.
Condition: normal wear to the bottom, some wear to the matte black paint applied to the mouth edge of the jug.
