Heinrich Wisteria Cup & Saucer

A fine cup and saucer set in the Wisteria pattern by Heinrich (H & CO.) of Selb, Bavaria. The body is white porcelain, the decoration is a lithographic transfer. This design was made exclusively for John Wanamaker's, which was one of the leading department stores in Philadelphia and New York City late 19th century and throughout the 20th.

Based on the way the pieces are marked, and the shapes of the blanks used for this pattern, it dates to between the World Wars, most likely to the 1920's or early 30's.

The cup is 4" in diameter and 2" tall. The saucer is 5.875" in diameter.

Condition: as new, no wear or damage.

Mark: printed underglaze marks as illustrated.

We have four cup/saucer sets. Price is per set.
