Westmoreland Milk Glass George Washington Plate

A milk glass plate by Westmoreland with a relief portrait of George Washington. The border is made up of stars with a caption at the bottom: "George Washington 1732-1799."

The mold for this plate may have originally been made for the bicentennial of Washington's birth in 1932, but this example dates to the 1950's or 60's.

This is Kovar number GW-1.

The plate is 8.25" in diameter.

Condition: as new, no wear or damage.

Mark: WG mark on the back, silver foil label on the front.
