Stangl #3218 Satin Blue Flare Vase

A piece of solid-color, Depression-era Stangl pottery, this "flare vase" (their catalog name for it) was made between 1938 and 1941. It is glazed rather thinly in their Satin Blue glaze, which has produced a pretty mottled light blue color on this piece.

The vase is 7.25" tall and 5.875" across the top.

Condition: no wear or damage, slight soiling to the foot. There are some discolored greenish spots inside the vase, but they're actually in the glaze.

Marked on the bottom STANGL / USA / 3218.
