A fine, thinly-blown rose bowl vase by Fenton. This piece is in their Blue Ridge treatment -French Opalescent Spiral optic with a Royal Blue crest or ring- which was made for a brief period around 1939.
I've not been able to find this particular piece in any of the Fenton books (and I've checked them all) it's obviously made from the mold used to make the #183 Tulip vase, but this piece is much shorter and has the "triangle" turned-up rim used on other pieces in this line.
The vase is 5.25" tall and about 5.5" across.
Condition: normal wear to the edge of the foot, a couple of light scratches at the shoulder. There's also a small spot of excess cobalt glass at the rim which has smeared over onto the body of the piece.
