A fine Copeland Spode creamware souvenir plate in their Mansard pattern. This plate features a black transfer print of the farmhouse that served as George Washington's headquarters at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
The plate is 10.675" in diameter.
Condition is excellent: there are three or four scratches on the surface which can only be seen in raking light, otherwise fine.
Marked on the mark with the Copeland Spode mark, the title. There's also an impressed Copeland Spode Imperial mark and an impressed date of 1956.
