Fenton Amber Snow Crest Ruffled Vase

Here's a large vase Fenton's Amber Snow Crest treatment. This treatment consisted of Amer glass with a spiral optic topped with a crest of milk glass. This color combination was produced only from 1951-1953 and is quite uncommon these days.

The vase is a ware number 1458 8" vase. It actually stands 8.75" tall and is 8.675" in diameter at the top.

Condition is near mint: there is a little wear to the bottom edge of the piece. There is also a previous owner's inventory number nearly scratched with diamond point in the center of the bottom of the vase. this doesn't detract at all from the beauty of the piece.
