Unique Black Antique Victorian Swivel Celluloid Hairpin Hair Pin
This is a very unusual hairpin. I am pretty sure this is made of black celluloid. It does not test Bakelite. It is very light weight. The top is decorated with four crescent moons and a flower in the center. Also has four celluloid beads. The celluloid hairpin is attached to a rotating device so the top moves back and forth or swivels. Circa late 1800's. It is in excellent good condition. No breaks or cracks. Measures sitting flat 7.25 inches. The top measures 2.25 by 1 7/8 inches.
