Unusual Vintage 1900's Chalkware Hanging Indian Decor Candle Holder of 2 Chiefs, 1 Brave & Squaws 13-3/4"

SUPER SALE

Found in rural Illinois a number of years ago is this most unusual vintage Indian Chalkware Collectible.

Though I have never used it, it appears to be a hanging Candle Holder, with wire for hanging. I am guessing that this is a turn of the 19th century and close examination indicates that it was used.

The material used appears to be chalkware or plaster and displays an Indian Chief, Squaw, Brave, and another Indian Chief. Both the Brave and Squaw were used to hold the candles. Looking closely at the photos, it appears that most of the paint is original.

The attractive piece measures 13-3/4" long and has damage on it [see all the photos] as you can see. The high quality of the piece is reflected in the great detail that each of the individual figures display.

The unusual piece is being SOLD AS IS. On the right wall this highly unusual piece will make a wonderful display piece.
