Beautiful Vintage JR Bavaria Hand Painted Vibrant "Deep Pink Roses" 8-5/16" Plate

The attractive Floral Plate measures 8-5/16" wide and has been superbly decorated with large "Pink Roses" on stem and leaf against a background of shadow leafing and colors of creme yellow, creme brown, and a medium creme green. A heavy fire gold gilding has been applied at the outer rim adding to the richness of the Plate. The artwork, colors, and presentation are all the earmarks of an professional China Decorator.

The Roses Plate is in very good condition and totally free of nicks, chips, cracks, or other damage with the gold being excellent.

The Plate displays the following mark: "Josephine JR Bavaria Favorite". The beautiful hand painted Roses Plate is attributed to the early Chicago Artist, "Kimmel"...as I have other pieces exactly like this with his signature. Please visit other listed Kimmel decorated pieces in my Shop.
