Attractive H & Co. Selb Bavaria 1900's Hand Painted "Bluebird" 12-7/8" Vase by Artist, "McDyer"

Found years ago in the Chicago land area is this stunning and large Selb Bavaria hand painted Bluebird Vase.

The attractive Vase measures a large 12-7/8" tall with a girth of about 22". The Vase has been well decorated on both sides with a pair of "Bluebirds" , on the front side, sitting on a branch against a collage of flowers and foliage.....all against a steel-blue background. The backside of the Vase displays a single "Bluebird" sitting on a branch. Large gilded gold handles adorn the side, white the top rim of the Vase has a heavy gold gilding going 1/2"+ down from the top.

The Vase is in excellent condition..............as is the gold.... The Vase is totally damaged free.

The Vase displays an early H & Co. Selb Bavaria mark and has been artist signed, "McDyer".

The Vase has great presence and displays exceptionally well.

Please feel free to ask questions.

NOTE: Photos were shot on my patio...both in the shade and in the sun... Please note that in the shade the background colors appear more light charcoal grey....while in the sunlight the background colors appear more steel-blue.
