Adorable 1930's or 1940's silver tone metal pin in the shape of a very happy guy. He looks happy to me, at least. His face is a blue cabochon and his arms and legs are clear oval rhinestones. Hands and feet are blue. It looks like there are 3 replacement stones but in excellent condition. Measures 2.75".
