Vintage Crown Trifari Faux Alexandrite/Purple Rhinestone Demi Parure

This is a striking and very decadent-looking necklace and bracelet set in an elaborate design by Crown Trifari, and is a must have for the trend setter, and classy dresser that likes to attract attention. The elegant bracelet is marked on the back of the clasp, and the necklace, on the back of the adjustable hook. All stones are a beautiful lilac/lavender color. This effect is referred to as "alexandrite" or "color-change". Both necklace and bracelet consist of several sizes of lilac/alexandrite rounds, and purple marquis and round rhinestones, all set in shiny silver toned metal, with quite a bit of weight to the piece. The necklace has an elaborate floral lavalier in the center. All of the stones appear bright and clear, with none missing, or appearing darkened. A few of the lilac stones don't appear quite as clear as others, and the shiny silver metal does have some wear mostly on the back of the necklace extension. This is certainly not detracting to the sets overall beauty

The necklace measures 15 1/2" with the center stone measuring 2". The bracelet measures 7 1/4"with a 3/8 width This is a fabulous set striking in every detail.
