This is an authentic letter from the Duc de Rovigio General to Napoleon Bonaparte.His full name was Anne Jean Marie Rene Savary.(26 April 1774 – June 1833), French general and diplomat, was born at Marcq in the Ardennes. He had several commands. He headed the secret police for Napoleon Bonaparte to accelerate the execution of the Duke of Enghien , so the use of the court for clemency before Napoleon could not be submitted. There are two letters. It appears that one is to Commissioner general of police.
