Fenton Charleton Roses & Bows Silver Crest Vase

This is a nice Fenton Silver Crest vase with hand painted Roses & Bows decoration don by Abels, Wasserburg & Co. circa 1950. No Fenton logo of course. Marked "40" in gold on the bottom by the decorator. Very good condition, with no chips, nicks, or cracks. The decoration is in good shape, a little wear to the gold, mostly on the bands at the middle. This is a #192 Melon vase, 6 1/4" tall and 3 3/4" maximum diameter. Charleton decorated Silver Crest is not all that common, and this is a very pretty example.
