Thermometer, Bronze, Victorian, French

This is a wonderful, art nouveau thermometer, which I think is French, circa 1890. It is bronze, and features a beautiful lady, reaching out to a bird. The mercury thermometer is in working order, and it measures the temperature in both Fahrenheit, and Centigrade. The thermometer is 9 and 1/4 inches tall, and 3 inches wide. I'm not sure what substance the dial is made of, but I think it is Celluloid.
