Napkin Ring, Silver, Niello

This is a very distinctive silver and niello napkin ring. It doesn't have any marks, but I believe it to be circa 1920. It is 1 and 7/8 inches in diameter, and in excellent condition. There are several places where the napkin ring might be engraved. It never has been.
