Wooden Darning Egg with Sterling Silver Handle

This neat wooden darning egg has a sterling silver handle with "sterling" marked on both sides. It measures about 5.25" long. It is in great condition. It is otherwise unmarked, but I have seen similar implements in Victorian sewing kits.
