Odd vintage ceramic cat with glass eyes and butterfly and bug decals

This odd little cat is unmarked, but I suspect it is from the 1950's when figurines with the glass eyes were popular and probably made in Japan. The ceramic is somewhat rough with teeny bumps here and there and a couple of thin lines of crazing. The bugs and butterflies that adorn the cat appear to be decals under the glaze. The two iridescent glass "jewel" eyes are different colors. One is more purple and the other more yellow. There is one pinprick nick on the top of one ear; otherwise no chips or cracks. It stands 6.5" tall.
