Wm. A. Rogers Silverplated Hanover Berry Spoon

This beautiful pattern elaborate pattern is called Hanover and was introduced in 1901 by Wm. A. Rogers. The flower is a poppy. This particular piece is a serving spoon or berry spoon. The intricate pattern is etched into the bowl of the spoon as well as along the handle. The marker's mark states Wm. A. Rogers A1 and has a registry symbol of an R in a circle.The spoon measures about 8.75" long and is 2.75" across the bowl. This old piece has seen been gently used as can be seen by the numerous light usage marks. There is no silver loss or dents. A little polishing and this piece is ready to grace your table.
