English EPNS and Sterling Faux MOP Serving Fork

I am not sure who made this little jewel but it is marked England and EPNS for Electroplated Nickel Silver on the fork. The handle has a marked sterling silver ferrule attaching a Faux Mother of Pearl handle(possibly faux - has darkened a bit and does not have the iridescent sheen typical of MOP). There is an etched floral design on the top of the fork. There are a few scratches on the design. I assume this is a small fork for serving pickles or meat, as the tines are very sharp. It only measures 5.75" long.
