1950s TV Lamp and Planter with Green Cat

This neat old pottery TV lamp was produced in the 1950s when television was young. The big cat looks like a lioness to me but may be a panther. There are three holes in the base for plants or flower arrangements. The piece is unmarked, unless it is under the felt on the bottom. I have not tried to remove the felt. There are no chips or cracks. It lights up just fine, although I always recommend rewiring if you plan to actually use it as a lamp. You will have to add your own bulb and shade. The base measures12" long and about 6.75" wide. It measures 12" from the bottom to top of bulb holder. It weighs 4.3 pounds unboxed and will require a large box for shipping. I will ship USPS parcel post to reduce cost, but will include a $2 handling fee. Priority shipping will be considerably higher as the PO now charges much more for boxes over 12x12x12.
