Antique Brooch Pendant Twisted Gilt Silver Wire Work

It's hard to say who made this piece, there is a partial stamp on the clasp that has an A and a 5. Measures 2 inches by 1 3/4 inches. The stone is pale purple and may be glass, the garnets are glass with 3 real replacement stones and the pearls are genuine.
