I love this unique locket. It is English, 15 karat gold and has the shape of a satchel or suitcase. The symbolism here is "carrying" the memory of someone you love wherever they may travel.
It is hand engraved both front and back. The front has the detailed buckle.
It opens to reveal two sections that could house a photo, complete with bezels and glass.
It measures 1 inch long without the bail x 5/8ths across. The petite size enables this to easily be worn close to the neck or with other layered chains and pendants. The chain is available separately.
The patina is rich and the condition is excellent.
