Early 11-Piece Set - Porcelain "Foreign" Doll House Furniture

If you have vintage doll houses to furnish or just love doll house items, this set is a must. The set consists of items for the (kitchen) - tall china cupboard, electric refrigerator with motor on the top, sink with cabinet base and gas range; (parlor) - large chair, lamp table and 2 side chairs; (bedroom) - dresser with mirror and 2 single beds. For a sense of size, the kitchen cupboard is the largest at 2 3/4" tall and 1 3/4" wide. All the pieces are white porcelain; several have some tiny paint specks that may or may not be original. The large items have impressed "Foreign" which relates to the so called McKinley Tariff Act of 1890 that all imported items had to be marked in this manner if not with their country of origin. The law was gradually phased out by 1918. A nice collection of items in undamaged condition.
