Hull Pottery "Bow-Knot" Pattern Vase # B-10 - 10 1/2

The A.E. Hull Pottery was formed in 1905 in Zanesville, Ohio. In the early years the production was stoneware specialties, but by 1920 they were starting to branch out into the art pottery field. The pottery finally closed their doors in 1986. Their art pottery lines were extensive with trademark glazes of soft pastel shades.

One of their most popular lines was "Bow-Knot" which was first introduced in 1949. It was produced in duo-tone combination, pink to blue and blue to pink. In all there were 29 different pieced developed. This wonder vase is one of the largest and measures a little over 10 1/2" in height. Decorated on both sides with the flowers and bow variations in pastel shades of pink, blue and yellow and adorned with lovely ribbon-bow handles. The base is marked "U.S.A. Hull Art B-10-10 1/2". There are no cracks, chips or repairs; near mint and fabulous.
