Hull Pottery "Early Art" Jardiniere w/Embossed Design in Blended Glaze

The A.E.Hull Pottery was formed in 1905 in Zanesville, Ohio, and in the early years produced stoneware specialties. By 1920 they were starting to branch out into the art pottery field and this Early Art jardiniere is from that line. This piece has wonderful embossed trees and geometric designs surrounding the entire piece. The background color is a vivid aqua blue with blended shades of medium blue, rose and creamy tan all in a high glaze finish. It stands 6 1/2" tall and 7 1/2" across the top. The base is marked with the "H" within a circle and a number which I think is "646". There are no cracks, chips or repairs on this item. A super piece of early Hull Art Pottery with great color and design definition.
