Wedgwood Cabinet Plate, Grapes, Antique English c1906
A striking antique plate with fabulous bright colors of yellow, orange green, purple, brown and gold. It is large. About 10-1/4" (26 cm) in diameter.

The plate is in excellent condition. No chips, no cracks, no crazing, no repairs, and no utensil marks. I am sure this very decorative plate was made for display, and always used that way.
Many marks on the back: printed in brown - WEDGWOOD ETRURIA, ENGLAND . Also: impressed WEDGWOOD P (for their Pearl body). Also, handpainted in red, the pattern number : 4685 and other marks. And the impressed date mark CTI for 1906.
