Glass Beer Stein, HandPainted/Enameled, Applied Handle, Pewter Lid, Gut Holz!, Antique German
This interesting antique 1/2 L glass stein is hand-blown with a applied glass handle and flat topped pewter lid. The hand painted fellow is bowling, and the words are "Gut Holz!" or "Good Wood!", which I understand to mean he knocked down all the bowling pins!

The stein is in excellent condition. It is about 6-3/4" high to the top of the pewter thumb rest, and the base's diameter is about 4-1/4".
There are no identifying marks on the pewter or the glass.
