The women of the Mountain Artisans cooperative in West Virginia make their beautiful quilts and quilted products in the same way the hill women of the are have done for two centuries. Now their skills have won them recognition throughout the country. This book contains their step-by-step instructions in all aspects of this time-honored craft, including: piecing & quilting, applique, covers, skirts, pillows, placemats. I believe this book is now out-of-print.
