A tome that every chef and good cook owns. It is a reference, a bible, a unique culinary classic first published in the 1920's. It is recognized as an international go-to famous bible of information and authority on everything about cooking. Everything in this book has been adapted to American usage. While this is the primary reference book of chefs, gourmets and experts it is equally useful for the home cook. The book is in excellent condition, the dust jacket has some tape on the top & bottom but still has it's original price. This is an exceptionally clean copy and very collectible. Note: I have another copy that has no dust jacket and some staining that I can sell for $25.
